No, a job offer is not required under the Federal Skilled Worker Program or healthcare category draws in Express Entry.

IS PROOF OF FUNDS REQUIRED?

It is required for candidates not currently working in Canada. As of July 2025, it is $15,263 for one person.

CAN I WORK IN MY OCCUPATION?

For professions regulated in Canada, you’ll need to complete licensing/registration after arrival to practice.
